  1. How do I reset my password?

    1. You can reset your password by clicking the 'reset password' link on the login page.

  2. Where can I add users?

    1. Users with the company administrator role can add users on the Settings > Billing & Users page. Administrators can also reset your password and update your job & candidate visibility settings.

  3. How do I setup or manage integrations to applicant tracking systems (ATS)?

    1. Users with the company administrator role can connect an applicant tracking system on the Settings > Integrations page. Here, you can also manage integration settings like job sync behavior and candidate sync triggers.

  4. Can I customize hiring stages?

    1. Yes! Users with the company administrator role can manage your company's hiring stages on the Settings > Company Settings page. To increase your company's speed-to-hire, these hiring stages apply across all your jobs in Leadline. We will be adding support for job-specific pipelines soon (get alerted when this feature is live)

  5.  How do I publish a position?

    1. On the positions page, click the 'create a position' button. You have to fill out some basic job details and assign pages to the job in order to publish it. We'll be publishing a video tutorial series soon.

  6. How do I post a job?

    1. When you publish a position, Leadline creates a landing page with unique URLs for candidates who click on an 'apply now' link or Call To Action (CTA). You can post a job by simply copy/pasting one of these URLs behind something, or you can use a connected job feed.

  7. What's a job feed?

    1. A job feed is a collection of positions that are streamed to a specific channel or job board (written in an XML file format). When a job board connects a feed from Leadline, they read this file every 4-6 hours and then place its contents into job posts on the job board. Leadline overwrites the file every 4-6 hours to keep job information up to-date on the connected job board. When a candidate sees a job on a connected job board, when they click the 'Apply' button they are re-direct to your Leadline-powered landing page. You can manage your job feeds on the Job Feeder page.
