Rover is an AI chat that completes Leadline tasks for you. For example, ask it to create a position, and it's done without clicking through screens.

What can Rover do today?

• Create positions in seconds. Paste a link to an existing job posting, upload a job description, or just type it out. Rover builds the position and publishes it for you.
• Find candidates with specific skills. Ask something like “Pull candidates for my Warehouse Associate position who are willing to relocate.” Rover finds the candidates who fit, with links straight to each candidate record.

Coming soon during the beta

• Build custom reports. Leadline captures thousands of data points, but today you’re limited to the reports we’ve pre-built. Rover can build a report from scratch. Just tell him which data points you need.
• Spot AI-generated applications. With so many AI-written applications out there, it’s getting harder to tell a real candidate from a bot. If a submission looks off, ask Rover to check it. He’ll tell you how likely it is to be AI-generated, on a scale of 0–100%.
