What are Quality and Unqualified Submissions?

Submissions are categorized as Qualified or Unqualified based on the specific hiring stage they occupy within their current workflow.

When setting up your workflows, you will be required to assign each stage as quality/unqualified during the set-up process. Assigning these stages as such is crucial as it will directly affect your reporting numbers when it comes to quality and unqualified submissions. For more information about workflows, visit our workflows article.

Basic-1

What is the difference between a Quality and Unqualified Submission?

A Quality Submission is a submission that meets the role’s requirements and remains under consideration throughout the hiring process.

An Unqualified Submission is a submission that does not meet the job requirements and is removed from consideration during the hiring process.

Note: We recommend marking the ‘New Submission’ stage as unqualified, since these submissions have not yet been reviewed for eligibility.

Quality and Unqualified candidates directly affect the Most Popular Jobs, Channel Performance and Referral Program Performance Reports. Other reports in our reporting page are scheduled to be updated next year.
